Delivery Information
At Pink Shooters, we strive to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for our customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our improved delivery options:
Flexible In-flight Delivery Options
Need to make changes to your delivery after placing an order? No problem! Pink Shooters customers can now amend delivery details In-flight for added flexibility. You can:
- Deliver to a Neighbour
- Change the Delivery Date
Receipt of Orders
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for checking and confirming their delivery address when placing orders.
- Pink Shooters will not be held responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Customers must arrange redelivery or collection directly with the courier if necessary.
Cold Chain Products
Cold chain items, such as refrigerated products, require special handling. Please collect these items from a neighbour or pick-up shop within 24 hours to maintain their integrity.
Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your parcel’s journey with these tools:
- DPD App: Track your parcel and amend delivery details.
- What3words App: Pinpoint your exact delivery location for a seamless experience.
UK Deliveries
- Orders placed before 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, are sent via our Next Day Delivery Service with DPD (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- Orders placed between 5:30 PM Thursday and 5:30 PM Friday are dispatched for Next Day Saturday Delivery.
For refrigerated items, our team ensures temperature control until delivery. For Monday dispatches with Tuesday delivery, contact our Customer Service team.
Delivery Upgrades:
- Next Day by 10:30 AM or 12 PM services are available for an additional fee (subject to location).
- Address changes on the DPD app may delay same-day delivery.
Europe & Overseas Deliveries
- Standard delivery for Europe and overseas takes 3-5 working days.
- While over 98% of parcels dispatched via DPD and DHL arrive on time, delays may occur. Pink Shooters is not liable for any consequential losses due to courier delays.
Refrigerated Items (Cold Chain)
- Failed delivery of cold chain items must be collected within 72 hours from dispatch to maintain the required temperature range.
- Cold chain items left beyond this timeframe will not be refunded or replaced.
- Weekend or Bank Holiday orders should be placed accordingly to avoid potential delays.
If you opt for neighbour or pick-up shop collection, ensure collection within 24 hours to maintain product quality.
Returns Information
If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or unfit for purpose:
- Do not dispose of the product. Contact our Customer Service team immediately for guidance.
We can only accept returns if products are:
- Faulty
- Incorrect
- Not fit for purpose
- We dont offer refunds for hygiene reasons
Returned products cannot be resold due to patient safety concerns. Once products leave our supply chain, we cannot guarantee they have been stored as per manufacturer recommendations.
